Located northwest of Atlanta, Knight Park / Howell Station has experienced quite the surge in popularity in the past few years, especially with the upcoming opening of the highly anticipated Westside Quarry Park. Listed on the Register of Historic Places, Howell Park is an area dominated by light industry, retail district, recreational park and residential area. The types of residential architecture include: Shotgun, Georgia cottage, bungalows, Queen Anne, Craftsman and Folk Victorian. Knight Park, located in the northwest section of the neighborhood offers an open greenspace with sloping hills and mature trees.
